Teen Brothers Launch Double Peak In Order to Give Back

Jabbar Family 2017

Teenage brothers Connor (16) and Sean (13) Jabbar launched their venture Double Peak on December 1, 2017. Their idea was to combine their passion for the outdoors and boarding with their desire to give back to communities. Double Peak is a lifestyle based clothing line that donates its entire proceeds to charitable causes.

“We started Double Peak to share our passion of the outdoors, give back to causes in communities and start an exchange and a voice for things that happen everyday in our world. As most “boarders” know, the peak is the best part of the ride. It’s where you feel alive, free and weightless….as if you can reach out and grasp everything surrounding you. Not all of us have access to a peak, and most need help and encouragement in reaching them. Our Double Peak goal is to share the adrenaline and connection of trying to get there. Find Your Peak.”

For the entire month of December, Double Peak will donate all proceeds to Monarch School located in their hometown of San Diego. Monarch School educates those kids K-12 who are impacted by homelessness. In addition to raising money for Monarch School, the boys have challenged themselves to get enough people to participate in “Buy a Shirt For a Monarch Student,” where a homeless child receives a shirt from Double Peak and the school receives the proceeds from the sales.

“Our goal is to try to get every single student at Monarch a shirt. These are kids just like Sean and I, but who faced much tougher challenges day to day. Our brand is meant to inspire, and to share that with each student is to super important to us. There are about 250 kids at Monarch and we hope people will support our goal.”
